The Sheepscot Wellspring Land Alliance is a non-profit land trust group of over 200 member households. We work to conserve the ecosystems in the upper Sheepscot River watershed in Waldo County. Established in 1991, we maintain 16 miles of publicly accessible trails, protect more than 1350 acres of land in the town of Montville, and sponsor educational talks and hikes that are free and open to the public.
Our ability to continue to protect this unique land in the heart of Waldo County and provide free hiking trails and events depends on active members and volunteers.
